Yes. There is plenty of news everywhere that is down and depressing. We need something to lift our eyes and our spirits. This evening during dinner I watched the NASA TV coverage of the undocking of the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule from the ISS. The two astronauts it brought up there 2 months ago are on their way home. Splashdown is at 1:42 pm CDT Sunday.
I always look forward to the Perseids and a crescent moon beside Venus is always a spectacular sight. August also welcomes back Orion. It is a good month for gazing into the night sky. Take care.
