I discovered this amusing photograph while browsing the Library of Congress. Click the image to enlarge. The Harry Frees collection of 33 more like it are at this link. If you are a cat person, take a few minutes to browse. You will be glad you did. Then, return.
The LOC has an enormous collection of unique digital images online. It is searchable. Various collections are listed at the previous link. Gallery setting seems like an easy to view format. Images are available for viewing in different screen sizes. Go ahead and enjoy yourself. What else do you have to do today?
Reblogged this on Our View from Iowa.
Awesome. Our obsession with cute kittehs never really ends, does it?
No it doesn’t. Funny poses.
The original Lolcats!
Could the entire internet just be a feline plot to take over the world??
I think so. Kitties, puppies, and babies are in cahoots.
What fun pictures! I never would have guessed that something like this could be found at the Library of Congress.
There is amazing stuff at the LOC.
Wonderful images. You’re right about the LOC. It quite amazes me, the number of online resources, available. One of my favorites is Twisted Sifter, which came up with this Japanese grandmother and her cat.
They are quite the pair. Very nice pictures capture a lot of special moments.
Oh how fun. Isn’t it good that the LOC has stuff like this in it, not only serious material?
Yes, it is. I could spend many hours wandering around.
